[Closed] TPTK river 3-way

seems ok

after turn and river action most certainly utg doaesnt have a flush . i guess he would do a raise for value if not on turn on river certainly because it looks like you took a pot control line and if he has flush he has to raise river for value ... cant slowplay anymore . you should know more about utg calling 3 bet range with your stats but as he played the hand looks something week like kq with k Spade or maybe aj with a Spade
sb looks like taking a stab at the pot with some week hand or making a bad value bet with a flush . if you dont give credit to sb i would raise river to get value from him . i am never afraid of flush from utg in this situation .
btw i would play it the same against unknowns , maybe 3 bet to 5 pre

hi, imo no need to 3bet to 5$ pre. i'm in position, 3x is more than enough. although of course i don't expect a coldcall from SB (he's bad, but i didn't think he was that bad).

question really was whether there was value in raising the river (i'm never folding for 10$ there). but i don't think there is, in a 3-way pot on the river. UTG reaaaaaaally made me think though. if UTG folded, i'd definitely raise SB on the river.

if you have some stats on sb would be more usefull . why dont you think utg wouldnt raise on the river any flush or any boat ? he obviously wants value and he cant assume you will raise river after the check behind on the turn . on the other side if you raise , if he is a donk , sb calls here any q , 10 j + probably and shoves any boat and any flush .

postflop thought you played it very well

one thing that concerns me is controlling pot size and 3-bet post flop the pot can get very big and some times with AK/AQ prefer to flat call , what the guy UTG is doing I dont know but he played it very bad

I would also never fold that river, but I would never raise it either, I don't see a lot of hands that give us value. Maybe HU against SB I would minraise or 2.5x it because he looks like a retard.

btw I would also 3bet more preflop, to 5.5-6 (which should be pot or close to pot)

I think you are beat on the river very often, but you just can't fold to such a small bet as you sometimes see bluffs/marginal hands.

a raise is out of the question with the flush and pair. call is best

Strange that people say raise the river, I mean what the heck, its a 3bet pot and 2 people call on the flop. I was certainly worried of the flush draw for UTG, what else could he have on the flop to overcall, I thought AKs, but his range is ofcourse depends on his stats. That he doesnt raise on the river, the board is paired and they are still afraid of u u 3bet preflop jacks and queens is still a possibility.

Also I dont know the stats, but I dont like 3betting an UTG raiser unless he's very loose ofcourse.
