My Neteller account was closed due to security reasons. I received an email on Nov 30 saying that they forwarded my account to the customer security department. They will contact me so they can help me reopen my account.
Now, since I'm tired of waiting. I decided to contact them instead on Nov 30/Dec 1 (can't remember). The call agent told me that the security guys attempted to contact me on Nov 28 but according to them I didn't pick up. I remembered this call. My phone rang for 1 second and the call was dropped before I could pick it up.
I told the call agent to contact me in another number instead. Right now I'm still waiting.
What do you think the odds are that I can have my account reopened?
I still had ~$200 in it. This was my entire BR.
