Turn: ($1.83) J (2 players)

Results:

Spoiler

$10.73 pot ($0.53 rake)
Final Board: 5 9 J J 5
Hero showed A 5 Q T and won $10.20 ($4.96 net)
MP mucked 2 K K 7 and lost (-$5.24 net)

MP is nearly unknown but limping many hands.
SB is nitty passive player like 444hands 16/10.

flop, I think it's close stab or not.
I have OESD&bottom pair but not so much FE on this board.

turn, once bet flop, I think paired turn is good opportunity to continue aggression.

river, Eventually, I was called by overpair.
However, I feel that the turn and river line are not consistent.
Against loose caller, I should not bet turn with no SDV hand.
Against tight player, there is no value on the river.

I really don't like to put myself in these type of spots in limped pots OOP... You are never gonna get a lot of money in, so i just play passively... Since the pot is so small to begin with, it will be harder for you to get people to fold hands; your flush blocker isn't as good in such a small pot, where you can't make villain to commit a large part of his stack.

Against an unknown i wouldn't barrel river... Once he calls a paired turn i'd rather give up

I would open this hand PF.

This is definitely a good flop to cbet but I agree, once it's a limped pot, it's better to play it passively once you have not any made hand.

After the turn villain's call I also think you just have to give up. That was a good turn card to take him off the hand, once he calls I expect him to be a lot ahead and don't think he would fold almost any river.

If you open this from the BB it will be 3way flop and this kind of hand will give you tons of problems.

Flop bet was bad, turn bet was good, river bet probably also fine though I don't expect to be called that often by worse as it's a busted draw or a jack that calls the turn mainly.

Flop really should just be check/folded. Obviously once you bet it the follow through on the turn is mandatory and if the river was a blank like a 3, most people with overcards will fold to the 3rd barrel if you bet big here.

Obviously though it's much better if you have a read on your opponent so you're not barrelling in to a nit who will never fold an overpair.
