So a c/c should be ok at the turn since you have enough outs to do it.

At this river I would c/f, maybe against a very aggresive player and a good read I would c/c. dont see a bluff here enough.

Very good turn bet. You clearly dont have a valuebet(that is quite obvious) but he will have a ton of busted unimproved gutters which you want to make him fold...standard semibluff doublebarrell

River c/c also fine...quite a lot is busted and your hand is pretty much at the top of your river check range I guess
