the MP and UTG had within the 5 last hands gone nuts against each other one tilted pot after another needles to say they both showed up with some pretty sick hands here..

notes:
calling in BB - donking with A2o on 8QK8 after being preflop raised

I would actually donkbet the Flop and play donk/3bet as you don't want UTG to check back Ax. You should at least make sure that 1SB goes into the pot and you may induce a raise and you actually want a multiway raising war with nutflushdraw and very often 3 additional Outs to 2pair or Trips.

You played it too passive on the flop. 3bet Flop. The pot will at least remain 4handed as UTG won't fold anymore once he'd bet the flop. After you missed some action on the Flop you played it well on Turn and River. Once MP raised, he's got the madeflush too often and thus on the river you proceeded passively by just calling. Odds are great and he could have T9 or 95 or whatever and it's likely that you'll invite UTG for an overcall whereas he'd probably fold when facing 2 bets.
