For me it's a perfect example of when to make a normal 2/3 pot (so $.6) bet. It's all about stack:pot ratio. When it dangerously comes nearer to 1 (and fall below), it's a push case.

Does that have to do anything with the dry board?
Or just the pot : stack ratio?
Oh it may. I mean, you cbet more and push less on dry board. With drawy one you don't want you oponent to get sufficient odds, so put as many money as possible in.
