PRE
Standard

FLOP
Betting big for value against Ax, Jx, draws.

Could bet slightly higher, so I can shove river more comfortably.

RIVER
Jx scared me, but villain probably would bet trips on the river. Rather shove? Ax still might call me.

Hello,

Preflop is fine.

Is pot size betting in these spots standard for you? I would bet $0.3-$0.35 here.

As played, turn doesn't really change much so betting again is good.

I don't think he goes to the river with too many Jx, plus now we do beat A5/A3, so betting again here is fine.
The sizing depends on how much he would call with worse Ax - if you think he's calling anything then just shove for maximum value. If not, I'd bet around $1.2.

Best,
Plamen

Hi!

Usually I c-bet 2/3 - 3/4 but in some cases, where I can expect light calls, I bet more. He`s still calling pot with Jx and Ax, of course. Maybe even GS`s.

I think, he would pay me off on the river with worse, if I shove.

Well then just go for it.

People usually tend to overplay their top pairs, so we could easily see a call from something like A8 here quite a lot of the times.

Of course if we are unsure if he is gong to call a shove, then I would just bet/fold for around $1.2, as I said in my initial post.
