Vs unknown, but seems reggish, I think calling turn is ok because he knows its a good card for him to barell, Do you think we should call river if he bets again on a blank?

I don't think so , because we would be purely bluffcatching , because he won't vbet a lesser Q .
(if he is a real good reg he is vbetting KQ and QJ tough)
Your hand could be a Ax float hitting the T , he doesn't know if you will fold a Qx , the board hits your oop flatting range , and there arent alot of missed draws you could fold.
I'm not giving him credit for having an A too often if he bets ,because i would expect those to ch b , but hands like KQ/QJ/QT/AQ/KJ/AK/AT/A6(Q6?)/QQ/TT/66

might all be in his range, so if he bets here i'm expecting it to be too often for value.
