Hey,

Unless you do this with all smaller than Qx pairs, you should be fine. It's OK to raise some middle pocket pairs on such boards sometimes, especially against players that won't play back at your raises. I usually choose the ones with backdoor possibilities to not have a very high frequency and get that small extra equity, exactly like you have here.
