1. When this happens and you see the first sign. Do you try to combat it in any way? Or are you lacking any kind of strategy etc to bring your self back to your A-Game? How sure are you that it is the first sign?2. This is also a good sign that when you see it you know you probably need to take a break.
3. Another great sign that you are tilting. This and the previous ones might be to far gone for you to be able to do something when you have already reached this point. You need to stop the train before it gets going, tilt catches too much momentum quickly for us to eave it unattended early.
4. Dude! Take a deep breath, take a step back and look at the situation. If you are right and it is "inexcusable" then the correct response would not be to beat on yourself with a stick. It would be to plant yourself hard in the ground and grind yourself back by setting up a solid strategy to prepare yourself better for next session so you don't let tilt sneak up on you. Warm-up, meditation, session goals, write out your most common signs of tilt and, make a plan for what you are supposed when the first sign, anxiousness, shows up... Time to put in the work so that we are better prepared next time. Any ideas on where to begin?
5. did you take the shot after you tilted or before?Cheers!
1. I try to inject logic and focus more. I'm not sure if it's the first sign. Another thing that I notice is that my mind goes blank in some big pots, and it gets hard to plan streets ahead, which makes me play more robotically.
3. I usually try to overcome it and carry on. Sometimes I'm successful, sometimes not. I think I need to keep playing while there's hope to get back on track, but you're right that things can go super wrong really quickly haha.
4. You're right. I don't like the fact that I tilt and that I tilt for being tilted. It's far from the end of the world (I didn't even actually lose money today) and it's just a bad approach to take. Waste energy being mad instead of fixing it.
5. Shot was in the morning, tilt happened like 6 hours later (no I didn't play the whole time ^^).
