I think when you make it so big(the 3bet), it's quite obvious you are folding + you have a value hand. That's a huge tell, so vs regular players, you need to establish like a smaller sizing for your 3bets and also include some bluffs within it like blocker hands-weak Aces, Kings. Meaning you balance. Otherwise, you are only get action from QQ+/AK and get your opponent to play perfectly vs you.

Vs fishes or unknowns, this wouldn't matter nearly as much.

As for the hand post- his flat is def. suspicious, probably lack of skills as it's wrong to play fit or fold at this stack depth(if this was his intention). Most of what he has would be Ax type of hands imo, maybe some mid pairs like TT/JJ and maaaaybe 99.

As played- this spot sucks! We have 1ps bet left. I am really puzzled. I think c/shove is better if he would bet his TT/JJ once check, if he checks them back, it's definitely a fold. We don't know that though. I think I still c/fold as the AJ-AK combos are more than the TT/JJ combos.
