Try to prepare your and look for spots where this usually happens. This is where the mind starts jumping and goes crazy. Try to slow things down by talking your though process out loud. This fore you to consciously think about your decsisons in real time. It's also harder to justify even when upset to make a bad call for example. But its a skill like any other. Practice, practice, practice

Any toughts for which is the best line here? c/f flop? c/f turn c/c turn c/f river or the way I played? Btns turn cbet pretty low.

How's it going? Did you read/apply anything from my productivity guide? Did you run into any problems? Did anything work exceptionally good?

I would say your stats are generally good. It would be more interesting to look at how the ranges are constructed. For example, if unkown cut off opens, how are you playing KQo?

One thing I would watch out for is your cbet and turn cbet, it seems pretty high, not MAJORLY high, but still high enough that you can likely be autopiloitng.

Do you just check back your total air? Iff so have you been seeing troubles playing vs villains bet ott when we check back?

You are 3betting a lot form the BB, this could potentially be a mistake as you are maybe 3betting too many hands from the BB and not passively defendng them.

Hi! I Have been doing really great last days. Yes, I have read some of it. Not from word to word but all the things which seemed interesting. And yes I did found some good stuff from there, nothing special but little things I have been trying to improve in my everyday life. Noticed that there were a lot of things I have myself found good already.

One problem came to my mind which I have suffered always is that when I have times that I don't play much f.ex A week when I play only like 2h/day or nothing. Or just a few days in a row when I don't play much. So after that is hard to start studying and playing again like a full time pro.

Every day studying has worked for me very well. If I study before session then I'll go to tables really focused. And that way my skills and profits has improved a lot.

I have 3betted it most of the time I think. Mostly depends on opponent but I think I have 3betted it too much.

I might have been doing that when I turn into autopilot mode. But most of the time I cb total air ip. I think my problem is that I cb too much weak hits like bottom or middle pairs and light vbet turns.

Yes I have followed that thread for a long time. Really nice thread, it had improved my bb and btn game a lot. My 3b from bb has been even higher. Decreased it a bit now and added tons of hands to my flatting range but still some strange force is pushing me to 3b way too often. So often I face situations like weak reg from btn-mp opens and his fold to 3b ip is 68+ and fold to cb like 50-56. Then I 3b like ATo,AJo,QJo,8Ts,89s,T9s,TJs,TQs,TKs,KJs,ATs as a bluff
