Assuming he is a nit and just CAPS on the turn with T9, it looks correct to c/c the river since you either draw or loose, still i would c/r or b/c the river, he might has a set or 2 pars way more times than the T9 of clubs

This hand would be more interesting in deep stack Omaha. When faced with a raise on the turn by a nit, then you would sometimes get your money back and sometimes lose huge or get bluffed out on the river when the river card either is a club or pairs the board.

But this is FL Hold'em. He might hold a set going into the river or something like QJ. Only the flush draw he really had (a made straight and J :club:8 and K :club:T :club:) makes total sense. KT seems unlikely, and a naked A-high flush draw seems unlikely as well.

I think only flushes and KT and an occasional bluff would raise you. There is a bunch of two pair and set hands that will call you, but perhaps not bet river. I say bet-call.

Not raising the river is criminal, why would he have a flush having capped the turn? He either has the 1 combo of 9 :club:T in the deck, a chop, or he has a set/2-pair

The only decision to make on the river really is to donk/call or to check/raise/call.

Since the board hasn't paired and we lose to pretty much 1 hand I'd say x/r/c becasue once he 3-bets the river we have to give him credit for a chop at least.
