thank you sir ♦
had a very solid session, def made a profit and played rly well imo... with the notable exception of one questionable hand on the beginning:

co is weak reg and i don't want sb possible 4-tabling midstack reg to squeeze. calling is probably better though because i'm ip, sb prob doesn't actually squeeze that often and bb is a fish.
he called anyway though ![]()
Flop: ($1.45, 2 players) 7♠ K♠ 6♥
BB checks, Hero bets $0.90, BB requests TIME, BB raises to $2.30, Hero calls $1.40
drawy board, fish might have a lot of draws so cbet for value.
when he cr i think a bit and decide to go with the hand based on that assumption, i haz top pair, he can have a draw so i'll call and fold spades and ship blanks.
in hindsight i think flop is a clear fold though. this is like bottom of our range and fish will most often will play their draws passively.
Turn: ($6.05, 2 players) 8♦
BB bets $2.50, Hero raises to $7.39 and is all-in, BB calls $2.30 and is all-in
this is enough of a brick, don't think he has 54 too often and he probably doesn't c/r 87 or T9, might have 89 sometimes.
so just going with the hand, but the plan was bad to begin with. ![]()
River: ($15.65, 2 players) 6♠

BB wins $14.95

super obv he had better ![]()
his actual holding was a bit surprising though, but yeah my relative hand strength just sucked, should just fold flop.
AK is kinda close, probably drawing my line at AA.
now for better hands:

i think the best play on this river is to bet small.
factors in order of relevance: i have the effective nuts, spades missed, Tx paired, hearts hit, some random gs missed.
when i look like i am scared of this river, missed draws might go for a bluffraise. Tx most likely also will value raise, and if he somehow has hearts he'll also value raise.
if he has something like JJ he also probably won't want to pay a big bet either.
so i think sizing is fine.
BTN raises to $3.00, Hero raises to $7.15 and is all-in, BTN calls $4.15
this is def a value raise by him, well if he happens to have T8 or TT (which i doubt) then congrats to him.
also if he can have that then he can have 22 as well.

this is a board where he can very easily slowplay a set.
on the river i just bet big to get max value from Ax and avoid light value raises, really doubt that that he raises something like AK here vs this sizing.
this is not a super hard fold because he most likely has no bluffs (who tries to turn something into a bluff to make Ax fold in this spot, specially vs these big bets) and no worse hands that he could raise here.
he reps a fullhouse very well imo, i'd play my flopped 2p+ the same way too. so wp
so that's it, thanks for reading
