Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players

CO: $0.59 (29.5 bb)
BTN: $2 (100 bb)
SB: $0.64 (32 bb)
Hero (BB): $2 (100 bb)
UTG: $2 (100 bb)
MP: $3.06 (153 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K J
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.04, 2 folds, SB calls $0.03, Hero calls $0.02

Flop: ($0.12) J A 5 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks

Turn: ($0.12) 5 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks

River: ($0.12) A (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.08, MP calls $0.08, SB folds

Another homework hand. And I probably butchered this one.

Min raiser was 40/29 vpip/pfr, caller was 55/9. Pretty wide ranges, I think I should have raised preflop.

As played flop was tricky, OOP, so I checked.

On turn I got a nut flush draw and was reasonably sure my middle pair good. Again, should have probably bet. But I hate multi-way sandwitched play, so checked again.

River was rather safe, maybe I could have value-bet higher.

Hi Trzewia,

Preflop: Yeh, we do want to raise this preflop for thin value.

Postflop: As played I would bet the turn. I doubt SB or MP have Ax and we can vbet turn.

If you hate multiway sandwitched play why did we call preflop ;)

As played river should be an easy bet but we lost value on the turn.
