The steps should work fine with a branded build installed or latest public installed. They just need a current build within the last year.

Yes, this should still work.
I'm not sure which skin you will have when using the Pokerstrategy link. It may be necessary to replace the file.

I don't understand your question. All you need to know to change the replayer table layout is explained in this thread. You just need to enable the partner thing and replace the table.png file.
