I would call this flop bet, getting such great odds (almost 5:1) with OESD + backdoor flush-draw and reevaluate the turn.

odds are 3.75:1 and I don't think that's great OOP and multi-way with a OESD+BDFD at only 18bb eff

ahh, read it wrong.. close to 4:1 then.. Makes it a closer decision and OOP especially i lean towards folding as well
