some motivation
Zoveel mensen zoveel smaken..............
EDIT
hmmmm i do not like a realy bodybuilding body i do respect bodybuilders since i know how hard they workout
Greg plit his body is on the edge of what i think is beautyfull, i preffer the more beach body look. This is the more naturally look

I plan to start, but since I'm overweight and out of shape completely, I dont know if it is good plan to start with.
Read this completely(and dutch also ♦). I will probaly try in winter. I am now running 4-5times a week. Probaly building up to marathon. So I will just stay with that, but in winter running in snow/really cold temperatures isn't that nice. So insanity seems perfect to fill that gap
am sorry for not posting for a while

I got a knee injury a few weeks ago together with a tennis elbow (don't know if this is correct English ♦) Tennis elbow are cause by working out to much and the knee issue started cause i walked around with worn orthotics.
Both issue's forced me to take a break wich realy realy sucks big time. But after my summer holiday i will make a come back. More motivated then ever, also bought some nice new gear ♦ ♦
It is one of the best things a bought the last 5 years i just love them cause they are very easy to use and you can make small increasements in the range you need it the most. I also use them as push up stands ♠_biggrin:

guesss who's back ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦
I finally started with p90x again since it looks like my old injuries are gone.
I have the new bowflex dumbells and it makes working out so much more easy. Specialy with p90x were you change with the amount of weights a lot.
Looking in the mirror i never started a work out with this level of fitness before so am very curious were i am able to end after 90 days.
While not working about when i had the injuries i haven't gained any weight wich is pretty nice. At the moment am using a food schedule to make sure i get right amount of stuf in my body over the course of the day. It took a while to figure it all out but now i think i will be able to get even more results then before.
I also totally quited eated the bad stuff like ice cream, mc donalds kinda stuff etc. I just don't even like it anymore.
Am of for p90x yoga ♦ ♦
