Can I just ask that as soon as an agreement has been reached that this threat be deleted. There is no good reason why it should be in the public domain.

Thank you for the input but I strongly disagree with your suggestion.

Unless the full amount is repaid to the stakers I see no reason for this thread to be deleted.

I am sure Mindan/Liessens/Pucipelt will agree with me

It has been more than a day since Damian said he will reply in this thread to agree on the amounts and there is still no response.

I am reminding him that the deadline for the agreement on amounts owed and repayment plan for both cases, is on the 31st of May.

If Damian fails to comply then we will need to approach this issue in a different manner and take more drastic measures.

It seems reasonable, though, that the payment schedule be posted in the staking feedback thread, and that payments are reported in that thread when made.

Side note:
Threads are rarely (if ever) deleted. Instead they are sequestered and held out of public view.

I am glad that the parties could come to an agreement. I assume that Mindan is included in the agreement.

The reason why I mentioned that the thread be taken from the public domain is that I believe that the public should, and have a right to, know that there was a dispute and that the dispute was resolved.

The public does not need to know how much money any of the backers lost and the public does not need to know the personal financial position of the staked player (ie. the information about where he is going to work and what he is going to earn per hour). IMHO the fact that you guys concerned yourself with those detail shows a lot of maturity and compassion but do we really want to publish such info in the public domain.

Should he fail then you still have a record of the agreement. (In fact drawing up a very simple agreement may be a good idea.)

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DEBT

So whens this being 'taken of public display' ?

When you provide the stakers with a signed contract and they contact me to hide it, no sooner. The sooner you provide the contract with a real signature, the sooner this gets removed.

I've hidden this thread for now, it will be reposted in case Spungeh breaks his agreement with the stakers.

Today a warning post has been posted on several sites, warning people about Damian Copeland's scamming activity. I am still looking to post on some sites where just I freshly registered and therefore can't post. Could anybody help me? The sites in question are: 2+2, iveyleague.com, hendonmob.com

it's pretty sick how big numbers can be scammed here.. People rob banks for less and this guy here gets somewhat away with it..
