hola,

in such spots on the flop, you could bet 1/3 pot with your entire range that you wanna bet out. you make a super cheap bluff with your bluff range, and for your value range you still can get all the money in by river.

so i would bet smaller here and then give up since i dont expect players to try outplay you in 4bet pots at your limits..
