i think pushing in this spot is probably fine when we are out of position. he can easily still call you with Tx, or pair+draw or flushdraws. occasionally he does have the A, but i expect you to be ahead very often.
also remember that fish are usually more passive and if we check, he's probably betting hands that beats you and checking back worse and getting to realise his equity

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I'd say nice hand. The only thing I'd change is pot the flop and ship turn. That way we have a $9 pot with 6 behind but that doesn't change that much.
