Preflop: Hero is BB with T T
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.60, SB folds, Hero raises to $2, BTN calls $1.40

Flop: ($4.10) 4 5 K (2 players)
Hero bets $2.10, BTN calls $2.10

Turn: ($8.30) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: ($8.30) 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

i 3bet preflop to get more money into the pot with what is probably the best hand.

on the flop, i think he can call me with some FDs and worse PPs against just 1 cbet so i cbet for thin value and shut down after. in hindsight i think i should have checked the flop, bet the turn and check/folded the river. what do you think? if he bets IP on the flop once i check i can call once and shut down.

hihi
i think OOP, cbetting on the flop is a great option.
but really we wanna think about who villian is. if he's floaty and can float any A any backdoor draws, i would prefer to cbet for value here.

but in most cases at nl25, i suspect villian to be more straight forward, therefore i think a check call induce line would get us more value.

so here i would prefer to check call and bet for value myself on good turns if villian checks back

cheers

hey supey! new to judging? if so welcome

forgot to mention the info i have on villain... 33/29 over 70 hands. not much of a sample and no other info but he seems quite active so far which probably implies he can have a fairly wide range for flatting IP.

dont have any info on his postflop game so meh. i prefer check/calling as well tbh... what do you think about turn play after we check/call tho?

hey! not exactly new just dont spend as much time as the guys refreshing pages in forum!

turn i would still mostly check call, since board got more connected but still nothing really change much.

at your limits, we can expect villian to give up his bluffs by the river. so without too much reads i would fold most rivers.

cheers sir!
