Given villains very wide range I think raising here should be OK. I do also play qutie aggro overall so think most villains won't give me too much credit here.
Not the best turn card in the world. I would think that villain checks back most pairs/2pairs here and probably also sets (would you??) and bets like FDs and other floats without SD. So when he does bet he becomes somewhat polarised. But calling really sucks and we will face som really tough spots if we do c/call OTT and face further action OTR so -> c/F?
