hi, i wrote ULTIMATE and i deposited 50 and it said that i wrote invalid bonus code or didnt deposit enough money. i did it like 3 times and always the same. any ideas please? thank you.

Happened to me too, I think its cos I transferred $ to Full Tilt because I got a warning when I made the transfer about bonus eligibility.

Looks to me as if there could be problems going on for lots of people. Only 40k registered so far

Aside from that I cannot say anything else guys but I am sure PokerStars support will know whats going on and reply to everyone in rotation

cashout is requested during a bonus period making you aware that
you will forfeit the bonus if you go ahead with your cashout

Should you choose to request your cashout nonetheless, the bonus
will no longer be available to you and no exceptions can be made

However, any pending bonuses you may have in your account are not
affected by that rule.

What? How can you not be eligible for such a promotion? It's not even a cash bonus that you're receiving, but a ticket?

And you said you entered the bonus code right? If so, then what they're saying doesn't make much sense...

Is easy. The code is almost a month active. When you have withdraw money in that period, before you make the deposit with the code ULTIMATE. You will lose the posibility to get a free ticket for this freeroll.

yes i wrote down the code and it said code is not valid or you didnt deposit enough money.
so if you want to play this freeroll you couldnt withdraw whole month? so thats the reason why there is only 40 000 people registered.
