Hey A,

I would bet a bit bigger on the flop here.

On the turn, when SB raises he has a good hand so calling is better than 3betting for sure. His range will contain some 78, T9 type hands. some straights as well but you have some equity and implied odds in position to call.
River is bad, though he doesn't bet a set like this, all straight draws got there and folding is best.
