PokerStars - $0.45+$0.05|100/200 Ante 25 NL - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BB: 14,454
UTG: 2,927
UTG+1: 1,705
UTG+2: 4,805
MP: 1,906
MP+1: 3,538
CO: 2,135
BTN: 1,605
Hero (SB): 1,755

9 players post ante of 25, Hero posts SB 100, BB posts BB 200

Pre Flop: (pot: 525) Hero has Q♦ 9♦

fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, CO raises to 400, fold, Hero raises to 1,730 and is all-in, fold, CO calls 1,330

Flop: (3,885, 2 players) 5♣ 8♠ 4♠

Turn: (3,885, 2 players) T♥

River: (3,885, 2 players) T♦

when we know that CO probably calls our shove there w/ <10bb left, am I reshoving too wide here?

Depends on how co plays as a minraise there looks strong with 10bb

I might call and attempt stop and go here, we have just under pot on the flop to shove.

I prefer to shove tighter especially against tighter opponents. Many go with their hands down to A8o defo KQ, KJ and even see QTo and worse call sometimes - not much FE to be expected. If he's on a loose range he calls 75% or so of his range, if on a tight range he calls almost all of it.

I put the hand in HRC and gave CO 36% for open minraise.

According to it, our (profitable) calling range is

32.2%, A2o K9s-K2s KTo-K5o Q2s+ Q8o+ J3s+ J8o+ T4s+ T7o+ 95s+ 97o+ 84s+ 87o 74s+ 76o 64s+ 53s+

and our shoving range is

22.3%, 22+ A2s+ A3o+ KTs+ KJo+

If I put him on a tighter 27% range, then our calling range widens considerably, and our shoving range gets tighter

16.2%, 22+ A4s+ A7o+ KQs KQo

(Can we call looser because our implied odds will be very good against stronger hands when we hit?)

Hey fakeplayer!

I'm def. folding. first its a tight player + 10bb minraise + you have still fold equity for the next round where you can shove first in or overshove with valuetype combinations!

Its a clear fold imo, even with paid sb!

thanks,

well he had A6o there, which we expect him to shove there I think, hence I pulled a trigger and wanted to see him folding as seen people doing those limp/minraise + folds w/ 10bb in late positions alot.
but ye stats and notes would of helped
