Had some trouble with depositing enough on fulltilt and pokerstars to really get the stake started on there but is now all sorted.

Decided as i was getting really bored to go casino in town to play some poker instead played for about 6 hours and made 4bi at £1/£2 not bad for a monday night.

Today i've been fighting my way out of boredom i hit a major rut these past days.

I decided that I'll go to madrid for a few days to visit one of my friends leaving Thursday coming back Monday. I decided Madrid as one of my goals for the month is to learn a certain amount of Spanish . So even though it is a break i'll still feel productive. It should help that his English is not that good and he said not many of his friends speak well either means I can force myself to learn.

I think it'll still be a good idea for me to blog each day even though i wont be able to play online(regulationsand whatnot) I may even play some 1/2 or 2/4 euro at the gran casino madrid 1 or 2 nights.

The Madrid experience was pretty eventful. Turned out Madrid was hosting a gay pride event over the weekend. This meant street parties and parades which I was happy to join in with.

On the Friday Night I managed to get separated from my friend, I also ran out of battery on the phone, had noone else to contact, wasnt sure where his house was and was in the center of madrid at 5ish am.

It's times like this where you really learn how to speak the language haha.

Spent the last 2 nights at my girlfriends went to her aunties house for lunch and afterwards she challenged me to a game of poker headsup LOL. I agreed we played a tournament style starting with 50bb. The loser had to be pushed into the pool by the winner.

Luckily i won and took great pleasure in sending an older women flying in the pool.

I'm back in Btighton now so will be looking to get back in on all the action but first i need to sleep!

Went to chill in the glorious englaish summer for a large part of the day Was quite unsure how i would get to learning cumputer programming or spanish whilst being away from the computer and in a park so i took a book called the history of the world by Andrew Marr to start reading instead.

When I got back in the evening i decided to start the grind but there was pretty much zero action for 2 hours. Then I get a potential fish sit me on 5/10 on stars and i lose 4k to him in the course of 44 hands. Because it was across 2 tables after about 10 hands ( I always ask players if they want more tables) it made for a very short game.

After i said no more he sat down at lots of other tables showing that he plays nl1k up to nl10k. So looks like he's most likely a decent reg that I won't be trying to win it back off of anytime soon.

Decided to go play some live poker instead tonight £1/£2 so very much likely my first proper losing day since starting the blog.

I was up till pretty late the day before playing live cash ended the session about £600 down. Overall i think i majorly cocked up the biggest hand of the night.

It was a straddled pot(£1/2/4) 5 handed Utg makes it £12 folds to me in the sb . Other player has been relatively tight nitty we both have £350ish I decide to just flat.

I think this is my first mistake if he was to 4bet i can easily fold and i'm not going to go too wild post flop either even though i'm oop i know he wont be looking to make any moves on me that often so that was mistake no.1

both the bb and straddle also flat call and the flop comes down 5c5c6x i elect to make it £35 to go and everyone folds except utg who flats.

turn is 2x I continue to bet and make it 75 and the other guy thinks for no time and goes all in with me to call £175.

In my head i was struggling to put him on a range of hands I thought maybe he has any type of over pair and is jus not wanting to play anymore, i didnt really put him on a bluff. I ended up calling god knows why i did and he showed 66 for the fullhouse and takes down the pot.

I think thats the first blatent mistake i've seen myself do for a very longtime I hope not to do it again anytime soon..

So I started very late today after getting up late and spending another beautiful day in the park reading.

Didnt get any action again for such along time.. I hope this wont be a recurring theme.. Action wasnt really that great either but i still played it as there wasnt much else. I decided to stop early because i was drifting off with my thoughts in a bad way.

Tomorrow i hope to get back much more on track I feel i need to get more into a working mode and start crushing.
