Can't really comment without any reads on your opponents.

If MP is loose and aggressive I would just go ahead and fold preflop first time around. You're not favourite against anything and if MP will 4 bet a lot I would be worried about not seeing a cheap flop.

I don't like the shove, you might as well see a flop against CO since if the flop comes A44 there is no reason to put the rest of your money in.
