A tough spot indeed with such awkward stack sizes as well. As you said, the Qh sucks an insane amount as it improves so many of his hands, and also improves your range significantly, so he's now going to feel much more unhappy calling off 9x in this spot. There really isn't much we can do that we feel happy about, I don't think the general population are turning made hands into bluffs when checked to, so check and plan on folding to a shove, and thin valuebetting most rivers if it's checked back.

This is indeed a sick spot. I think bet/call is probably the least bad option. The problem with check is that the river can be worse and he might check back some draws. Check fold is a bit weak as well because I think we definitely have a decent equity against his shoving range.
