I think preflop and on the flop are good, however on the turn your bet is too large. We're betting 200 into a 210 pot here, which folds out a ton of his draws that we have great equity against. If we bet 110 here we then have 250 effective behind In a 430 pot, making it a nice size shove where most pairs are still calling.

As played though shove river, Tx and 8x are never folding here if they called the turn, although they might check behind if we check.

I would normally x/raise this flop. But I think donking is fine against people who don't cbet enough. As played I would indeed bet smaller on turn, to maybe 100. The size you made is pretty much same as going all in. As Wriggers says I agree we have to shove river. Since we expect some worse hands to call our shove and check behind if we check. They are likely to shove better hands anyway and I don't expect him to have many bluffs here.
