SO we got argument with friend that this call was good or bad, friend said that they would never bluff on this spot becouse "fish doesnt" on this level but in my mind this doesnt make any sense and its either missed fd or bad Tx that villian shoves becouse he knows that its not enough on showdown. also A on river is close to perfect card to try to scare me off Kx. Why does he overbet donk shove on river with Qx?, smaller valuebet makes more sense to me

Fold.

This is Qx like 80% of the time and a random spew-bluff the rest of the time, we're just not good enough of the time to make this a profitable call.

Don't be fooled by the betsizing, fish generally have pretty easy to read betsizes. Big = nuts (especially on rivers, they're scared of missing value), small = weak SD or bluff.

First, I would raise K7 on this flop unless I have read that villain tends to continue barreling for further streets a lot. This way we get value from draws and some worse pairs. Also it is easier to play. As played, I think we have to fold river. In this spot I think his range should be polarized and our hand doesn't beat anything in his value range. So, we have a pure bluff catcher. I really don't think he would have many aboslute airs in this spot. I would expect 10x, Jx to check back for showdown value. So, it is an easy fold.
