About the 54:s , well first u need it to be in the standard 3betting range sb vs btn ,dunno if it's ok because you get a lot of calls in position and it doesn't have much equity.It has some playability but still i think it's too light.
+ Sb is a shortstacker ,3betting with 54s when having either a pro shortstacker in the BB or a fish will be sooo bad.
My problem is on the flop,why no cbet? Going for a xr for value because villain will stab the pot light? Maybe.

Medium strength on the flop = c/c
Trying to get some value on the turn.
check/raise for value on the river he may bet any A/K, plus might be slow playing made hand straight,flush 2pairs etc

Since calling isn't really an option pre, hero goes for 3bet bluff as Bu is only min raising here so he is weak pretty often.
On flop, c/c looks standard.
Buttons check back looks like weak showdown value like a pocker pair or a weakish Ax checked back for pot control. on the turn hero leads turn for value as he has good equity if he is behind and can get called by worse too. No point checking as villain will check back pocket pair that are behind but bet weakish Aces that are ahead.
After rivering the nuts, hero checks behind hoping for a thin value bet from a pocket pair rivering flush or Ax where X is :spade:. I really because the calling range and (thin) valuebetting range is pretty similar - most spades.
When hero bets, then he shoves for value, hoping villain justifies a call with what is likely a weak flush.

3b for value vs BU pre, doesnt think he gets much value on the flop with a bet, so c/c, turn starts valuebetting, river wants to give a chance to the BU to bluff and be put in ugly spot with Q :spade:X

Preflop: strong reraise because we assume that small raise was just a blind steal, unluckily the button makes a call
flop: A is an overcard, so fearfully we make a check and hope opponent would do the same (which (s)he does), turn might make us a flush (nuts)
turn: paired K and flush is enough for us to bet half a pot in hope our opponent is holding a monster (KK or AA)
river: check (showing fear of having nothing and hoping for a bet from opponent), and.... we got our opponent to bet (big!), so automatic reraise all in (we have nuts)

Hero 3 bet in SB, he might have Ax, KT+, any pairs.
Flop comes A :spade:K :club:2 :spade:, If hero hit top pair or like KQ, KJ, he should bet here, because flop hit his range. But hero check, it means hero didnt get those hands, and hero affrid BTN have those hands. So, hero's range is KT, pocket pair.
Turn comes another Because BTN call here, it means BTN have some hand he want to see river card, even 3 on table. Include flush draw.
River comes 4th :spade:. It hit BTN's range, and hero check raise here. It looks like hero not affrid BTN hit flush. The only reason is hero have flush, too. And considered BTN call preflop 3 bet, BTN could have a Q :spade:. Hero want that BTN's Q flush pay out here.
That's why I guess K :spade:T(any colors).

Preflop: decent hand to 3b oop - flops good draws/ two pair/trips w/e that play well in smaller spr pots even oop
Flop: probably going for a check/raise cause Ax,Kx wont fold vs a bet while they might against a x/r (especially Kx)
Turn:getting value from 1card fds , Ax/Kx
River: seems like a decent option to x/r w the nuts since opp might be vbetting w worse flushes/bluffing
K 8-5x, but let's say K 7
Preflop: it is a good hand to 3bet bluff with.
Flop: Hero has 2nd pair and a weak kicker which is not enough for a cbet, villian having a lot of better Kings and a lot of Aces in his range, so he checks. Villain cheks back
Turn: Hero flopped a nut flushdraw and has a second pair, now his hand improved a lot with the NFD and Hero even has some fold equity(because of villain's check on the flop). Villain's call indicates that there is a good chance that he is drawing as well.
River: Hero checks the 4 spaded board to induce a bet and shoves to collect the money
