KJ isn't a good hand to play OOP without initiative. so it's better to either fold or 3bet preflop.
On the flop, you check to keep the pot small and not get bluffed off your hand.
On the turn, you put a bet, as protection for your paired king, and also because of the outs to nut flush.
When you hit your nut flush, you check to induce a bluff, you succeed and you happily shove it allin! ♦
