flop: better to cbet or to not?
turn: do you consider folding here?

I never fold.
I think shove the flop is better.

Hi,

He would very likely not fold made hands, so I would prefer calling turn and would often consider calling his river shove on blank rivers (his valuebet range is often only Jx+)
I would also prefer c-betting flop 4.60$ and then folding to shove. No need to give SB free turn and river card and AK is very often ahead that flop. If you want maximum fold equity you can always overbet shove
