those faq have no help i installed updates and it worked before therefore my HM2 was setup propertly for zoom tables

EDIT : ignroe this reply i didnt realize the was other new update, it fixed the problem
You need the latest HM2 release 7836: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7836_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe
and for HM1 you need this Beta: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_05Aug2013.exe
This updates will only work with the latest Stars client version. So if you used our workaround before and run an older Stars client you need to update now.
Please make sure to close HM and Stars before installing the update.
well the new release doesnt work with rush cash/tournaments (ftp)
