Hi.

1. I don't think so
2. Hmm I don't really use a leading gameplan but in spots where you don't really like check/calling but you still have some decent equity, leading is a good alternative. I think it's acceptable. I usually c/r myself though
3. Bet again. I think having an OESD Is pretty decent and I wouldn't let go of my aggression so quickly.
