He called down to the river with Q high once and K another time. I had some more notes of him being a donkey.

So on a dry board like this he could have 2 overcards (which I beat), 2x and 3x, which is just a small part on his range, and a pocket pair which isn't very likely I think. I'm certainly ahead of his range so I second barrel as a semi-bluff with 15 outs. But against an opponent like this, should I just check behind or semi-bluff? I'm in position and even if I don't hit any of my outs on the river I can still win.

with your read that he doesnt fold overcards on the flop and with 2 overs and a flush draw firing again is very profitable against this kind of player . you are actualy value beting him .
