I'll say UTG had 4D4S. He tried to scare hero pre-flop. He was lucky enough on the flop but he didn't had the best hand. On the turn he made a conti bet. On the river he just got lucky and he acted like it.
vilian hand 55. He thinks the button will test his hand so he 4bets. Flop came with nice draw and cbet thinking hero's range of 3bet could be AKs, AK, AQs, on turn he hit straight so he makes a week bet, and after that street it's an easy finish. So vilians hand 55

IN PF, we open to play for good hands in flop. We 4 bet for keep iniciative, as we do not have position.
In flop, we have a middle pair, more gutshot and flushdraw, so we make a c-bet.
In turn, our card come, we do not want take out worse hands, so we bet just 1/3 pot
In river, 4 can give fh, but that hand is outside hero range, so we push for value.
I would go with JJ. He might have thought that Hero was just trying to steal the pot and reraised. After he got called, he got a pretty safe flop for JJ and continued betting also trying to push out flush draws. Turn card didn't change much unless the hero had 55/A5 so it was safe to bet again. And on the river the flush draw was missed and also he was pot commited.
UTG has QQ.
Speaking of UTG's value range I'd say he has QQ+. I don't take into account the fact he might be on tilt and overplaying some marginal hand, because that would be pretty much a blind guess (from lucky 77/66/55 to busted draws like Td8d to complete air like KcJc). So, sticking to QQ+ range I think UTG would play all these hands pretty much the same. AA of course is least likely.
So if I need to choose from these 3 options I choose QQ simply because that's the least popular answer so far.
I had a few types but I'm gonna go with 5

Firstly Pleno1 wrote that he can tilt people and so here is a rather extraordinary 4bet by our villain. On the flop he makes a standard cbet with gutshot + 2nd pair. Once Hero calls, villain expects Hero to have mainly high cards or overpairs. That is why when he hits the miracle turn card, he just value bets, and shove for a remaining stack on the river.
my guess is AAs i dont think villian that villian is 4 betin n betin all the way even with kks qqs againt a reg like pleno..he cbet his AAs for protection and value betted t n r..
so my guess is AAs
my guess would be 9 :diamond:8 ![]()
Seems like reasonable hand to open in UTG when there arent any shortstackers, has potential to hit big in a 4b pot
OTF by 3 barreling hero reps hands like QQ+, AdKd while he himself has lots of EQ w fd/oesd and stronger hands by the river could fold.

I think on this board, villain won't do much 3 barrel bluff, usually he has value hands, the most possible is this.

Our opponent doesn't want to play this hand without initiative so he decides to take it preflop.
A very good flop enables him to cbet with FD+gutshot+pair. On the turn he makes a 2nd barrel due to the fact that he most likely has the best hand+ flush possibilities.
River is a clear value jam for our opponent.
