I have been 4betting some and was missing on some CBets, so I think check behind here is quite nice, expecting from him to bluff alot twice. My plan was to call his turn bet if I fill up and push if I dont.

Nines were the bottom of my 3betting value range, not sure if thats the best range?? Expected to bet alot of his floats on the turn and when he checked behind, the river was a pretty easy check-snap call, where Im beat basically only from full of 8s and 4s, I dont expect to check behind a naked 3 on the turn.

In this particular situation I was right, he had 84, but Im not sure vs uknown if I am ahead enough of the times, so is folding the best option?

Should I make an inducing value bet and call a possible raise on the river? Should I bet more on the turn? Checking behind that flop is obviously a leak, cause we get calls from worse hands alot, am I right?
