I think when it come again to you preflop it ship/call to no get akward situations when someone flat your 4bet. I personally just ship because btn min 3bet no present strong hand because most people still want get some value out from aa/kk ect. and 3bet bigger then min 3bet but when you 4bet he can call off hands aq/aj or even worst, if it vs pp oh well we are coinflipping but vs his expected range i think it fine to ship there.
I will just flat the min 3bet with no reads about villain. Mainly because we are raising the UTG. His min 3bet might mean many things, but with no history I would prefer to flat and then call flop a bit lighter. And when you hit, you hit very strong.
As played, if you decide to 4bet, 4bet biggger, some like 450 and then just ship almost any flop with SPR so low. Maybe you can c some K23r flops to let him bluff.
