Are you using Holdem Manager? Had the exact same problem. Got advised to relaod the program and it's working fine now for Zoom but still no joy for fast forward on Party

what do you mean by reload the program? restart the HEM or reinstall it?

Unless simply restarting the program works, then I'm guessing that he means re-install.

Before you do that, though, try following these instructions -- also from the HM2 FAQ page:

I still don't know what poker room you are playing on, and there is a different FAQ for each poker site.

If you DO decide to reinstall, here is how to backup and restore your settings:

When you re-install you will just use your existing database.
It never is wrong to back up your database when doing something like re-installing too.
