You probably are not aggressive enough to 4bet this and get called by all the random crap he 3bets plus he probably doesn't 3bet a whole lot of random crap. I'd say calling and playing a flop is the way to go. On the flop, you treat your hand like a bluffcatcher basically.. Overpair is good to call, middlepair not so much, if you flop a set then you have the nuts.

if we call 3bet preflop, then we have overpair,
1)do we raise villain C-bet if the flop is wet?
2)how many street we can bluffcatch? do we ready to go broke?

We don't have read on villain.

1) No, we have a mediocre hand most often, we wouldn't raise. If any wet flop hits his range so much that protection is an issue, you have a clear 4bet preflop.
2) Usually one, people give up on AK after they get called on the flop but only continue with KK+.

I am not sure with "you have a clear 4bet preflop". Do you mean if we want to raise Flop then we should 4Bet preflop?

What I meant is that if on any flop you can raise against his range, it means his preflop range is wide enough to warrant a preflop 4bet. If you think his preflop range is like QQ+, AK why would you raise any flop? If his range preflop is like TT+, AK, or say JJ+, AK, KTs, K9s, KJs, AJo, etc why not 4bet and benefit a lot from all the equity he folds plus have close to a 0EV call vs the shove (vs TT+, AK you don't want FE but yeah)? Those are basically the 2 scenarios you have him. Let me know if it's clearer now.
