Does sharkscope exclude the rake from the total profit?
If the rake is $19 and profit is $20 is that total $39 or does that mean I have $1 profit?

Don't understand your question fully but sharkscope doesn't inlcude the fee in the entry fee value but does subtract it from the profit value so it still knows you have paid it and calculates accordingly.
For example if you bust out of a $5 buyin + $1 fee sng out of the money, then sharkscope shows a buyin of $5 but a profit of -$6.
