Tournament name: 10.0000$ Guaranteed R/A
Site/network: Ipoker
Buy-in: #30+3 or tokens
Format: Rebuy, add on
Guarantee: $10k
This is my favourite tournament because... it is around 150 players registered. I usually play with step tokens and if you made ITM you get 200$+ (average 230$). Plus i won it once close to 3k$ and one final tabel 4th place and 1k$. And that was all with step tokens with no rebuy or addon. No BR for that by now.

Hey guys =)

I would be happy to see more of you posting. The promotion is still running and you can grab your free status upgrade if you are lucky enough.

Here is my favorite:

Tournament name: 22$ 4.5k gtd
Site/network: Party Poker
Buy-in: 22$
Format: Freezeout
Guarantee: 4.5k$
This is my favourite tournament because... I was able to win the tournament 4 times in 5 sessions. Unfortunately it has been re-scheduled since and now runs with a lower price pool in another time slot. I would still consider it my favorite tournament though.

Regards,
Asaban

Tournament name: Top Gear $1500 Gtd rebuy & Add-on
Site/network: Ipoker
Buy-in: $0.50
Format: Rebuy/Add-on
Guarantee: $1500
This is my favourite tournament because... You can rebuy endlessly if your stack falls under 20BB and it start as a turbo with 5min blinds increase then it shift into 2nd gear (10mins Blinds increase) then top gear (15min blinds increase) after the 3rd hour. I have finished in 2nd place in this torny and final table it a few times. It has built my Bankroll tremendously.

Buy-in: $22
Format: 6max Freezeout

This is my favourite tournament because... tons of donks, as well as MTT regs who play far too nitty for shorthanded. Good price and decent payouts up top.

Tournament name: PS $10K depositors freeroll
Site/network: Poker 770 / iPoker
Buy-in: 0$
Format: MTT
Guarantee: $10,000
This is my favourite tournament because... It is free, but not for everyone as other freerolls (just for PS depositors), so there are more players who take it seriously. I like it because it is quite easy to get ITM and a good way to build bankroll.

Tournament: Warm up
Site/network: PokerStars
Buy-in: 215$
Format: freezout mtt
Guarantee: $500,000
This is my favourite tournament because: i usually take a shot on a satellite that ends when the warm up is in late reg. Its fun to be able to play a bigger mtt occasionally and the field is surprisingly soft.

Tournament: Monthly Side Games Freeroll
Site/network: William Hill
Buy-in: wager $50 in casino side games
Format: freezout mtt
Guarantee: $5,000

Hands down, my favourite tournament is the William Hill side games $5000 tournament held the first Sunday of every month. To qualify, one has to wager $50 on their casino side games. If you play basic strategy blackjack, your ev for $50 wagered is somewhere around -$.40 and with $.10 bets, the variance very low.

You'd have to have 2nd to 3rd standard deviation bad luck for your losses to exceed an entry fee of the prize pool divided by the field plus 10% (and you're just as likely to have 2nd St. d. good luck the next month).

But it's better than just a ridiculously reduced entry fee for a tournament with a rather big prize pool. There are somewhere around 500 entrants but many sit out and many more are complete donkeys/compulsive gamblers/on tilt. There is so much dead money that I'd say you can count out half the field.

They also have every week a $1250 freeroll which requires to wager $25 (cumulative with meeting the requirements for the monthly tournament).

My favorite tournament is held on partypoker,it s the $750 GTD turbo ,everyday on 17:30 EET. It has a small buy in ,just 6$ and there are no add ons or rebuys that in my opinion ruin the game. Several similar games are also held on partypoker but it seems that this matches my budget. It s the biggest itournament i have won so far

Tournament name: Ante Up
Site/network: PokerStars
Buy-in: $2.20
Format: Non-turbo freeze-out; the blinds don't increase but the antes do!
Guarantee: $1000
This is my favourite tournament because... it has a unique and interesting format that exercises the brain and compels you to play a lot of pots - many players by now have caught on to the need to play these differently, but the jury is still out on the optimal strategy (well, duh). It remains softer than standard MTTs of the same buy-in. There's also a $5.50 version, albeit to my knowledge without a guarantee.
