I'd raise a little bit more on the flop ($4.50, maybe even a little more), given it's a 3-way pot, and the board is kinda drawy.

Well, usually check/raises indicates strong holdings but let's take a look at this hand. The only hands that beat you are AA, KK, 77 and any five.
AA and KK are very unlikely, I'm pretty sure MP3 would've raised PF with 2 limpers before him, or at least would've 4-bet you.
IMO, 77 are also unlikely, I don't think he would play a floped FH by check/raising all-in.
And while it's quite possible he has a 5 and he would play it this way IMO, given the fact that there are already two 5 out there, it makes it less likely he's holding another one. IMO, very often MP3 will also play 88, 99, FD and monster draws the same way (TT and JJ are also possible, but I think he'd raise them PF). And even against a monster draw, you've got enough equity to make the call.
Well, there's also MP1 in the hand, while it's possible he holds 77 or a 5, we can't always assume the worst possible scenario, he might as well be on a draw.

So, I'd make the call as well. IMO you'll often be ahead here.
