With only one limper this should be a fold preflop. As played, the bet on the turn is good (obviously). I think I would play bet/fold on the river after his check. If he hit an ace or spade he would probably donk this river in fear of you checking behind so he probably has something weaker like a medium pocket pair or a weak queen (maybe he wanted to check/raise the flop with a pair of queens).
