Is it mathematically correct not to make continuation bets if i miss the flop? The opponents on lower limits are calling on the flop if they miss too...

Then dont cbet into those opponents that much. I think cbets can be +ev and -ev. If you make them smart and note which opponents just call them with everything and dont bet into them that often then it can definatelly be +ev.
