PF call is Ok.
Flop: I don't think leading with 4 players is good and you should fold after raise.
Turn: I would check-raised or bet ~0.45 and shoved on river.

being in a short handed game i would raise this preflop as i raise any pocket pair in any position ( except some situations in the blinds)
as played i would just like to take the hand to a showdown and i wouldnt lead
as played just fold to his flop raise .
