Flop: Super dry board, and we are in position so a c-bet is really good here.

Turn: good raise with tp

River: I really only thing hands that beat us will call on the river. Second pair all to 4th pair won't call on this river so I believe only hands that beat us will call our all-in. I'm calling most of the time in this situation.

Up to the river I agree. On the river villain can call us with weaker hands and for this odds most of the time he will but there are also stronger hands in his range. It is close imo. I will push ~40% of the time and just call villains bet ~60% of the time.
Its important to make a note that he is playing this way nuts on the river so we can be careful next time

I should mention that I placed SB as a calling station as I had around 30ish hands on him and i saw him get involved in a lot of pots all by calling with weak speculative hands. I hadn't placed BB on any type of style as I couldn't pin out any unnormal actions.

On the flop I did notice that they both checked, I was in position and could make c-bet an option. If I had only 1 opponent the decision to C-Bet here would of been very clear for me. Since I had 2 opponents one being a calling station I would have to bet quite a large amount to get them off their hands. Also with the risk that one of two of them might be slow playing(as i find players slow play more often when more than 1 person is involded in a hand) I didn't feel a large bet was a wise move.

Do you still think A c-bet would of been good in this position with the new information and can you please explain why. Thank very much in advance.

Hello,

Yes, for sure I like the c-bet. Two important reasons for a c-bet are:

1.Very dry board. On this board very rarely villains are going to hit. No matter what they are the c-bet here will be always fine.
2.We are going to see free river with a c-bet here (we are going to check back turn unimproved).
