Yeah right ... that's a good possibility also... you create a moneybooker or neteller account and write to the support giving them the informations, so they can transfer the money in your account.

If I don't have 1000 MCP before the change I cannot have my money???
This is so stupid. I'm not responsible for there change. I was hard working man for building my bankroll, now is time for mansion to work hard to fix our problem.
I send a ticket to PS and they resend me to mansion again.
Are pokerstrategy will not help us...

As I stated previously in this posts I am trying to find out the exact way to proceed. Just be patient please.

As far as I can tell from what batmanbg has stated you need to contact memberservice@mansion.com with your situation and they will transfer the money to the place of your choosing. I doubt that it matters whether you have cleared 1000 MCP or not - since you are obviously no longer able to.

@seednoir: We will work on an official solution - so that those kind of private transfers won't be necessary.

I contacted Mansion in the morning and I'm waiting respond from them

im done with this site anyway ... unplayable sng there.... blind structure is so sick ..... very tight players i go to FT or PS

same for me... i'm moving tooo
even with all the changes... it's hard to play there

still no reply from their member services. though i already sent them an email....

I have made strategy points within the last week but none of them have been put onto my account. Does this have to do with the new changes?-- either way it is nearing the end of the month and I need these strategy points to move up the next rank.

I received a mail from Mansion support. They apologized and are going to return my funds, so I can deposit them on another platform. I have just one question - I am losing my MCP and the rest of my bonus (I don't care so much about them), but is it possible for PS to track my PokerStars account, so I can at least generate some points there?!? (its not linked to another affiliate - I just opened it without entering the PS code)

Home>my profile> then enter your pokerstars screenname> save data.

that should work if your pokerstars account is not related to another website.
If you meet any problem, then go to the support and make a ticket about it

Sadly the decision to re-track accounts doesn't lie in our hands - but in the hands of PokerStars. Since our talks with them about re-tracking existing accounts are still going on - there is currently nothing that can be done in this regard.

OK Soy thank you for the reply! Wanted to ask about PokerStars, because I've never tried that platform and I cannot do the same with the other big ones (Mansion, PartyPoker and Titan do not accept players from our country, have an account on FT which isn't connected to PS)
So can you recommend to me some other platform? I really do not have any info on any of them

Well PokerRoom ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/bonus/detail/804/ ) has a nice first deposit bonus (and reloads afaik) and is on the same network as Mansion. So its the same opponents that you played against while on Mansion.

I haven't heard that much about Pacific Poker ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/bonus/detail/681/ ) - but apparently the bonus there is really easy to clear (and also has an instant component which you get straight away)

If you can - perhaps you could also give Everest a try. Its a really really fishy platform- the bonus is easy to clear - and well I have heard more or less only good stuff about it ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/bonus/detail/648/ ). thank you once again soy! As soon as I get my money from mansion (they asked for my withdrawal details already, so it should be soon) I'll have to make my choice. I think that its going to be Everest. I should get the others when I have a bigger bankroll to get the max bonus from them
